DUNKLIN COUNTY, Mo. (KAIT) - An arrest warrant has been issued for a Dunklin County Jail corrections officer after an inappropriate relationship with an inmate was reported to police. According to a probable cause affidavit, the victim told a deputy that she and Officer Timothy Lowry had been involved in a relationship for about one month.
